I studied and passed the higher tier of Mathematics (1MA1) qualification with ICS Learn. My future plans involved college but I knew that would require a Mathematics GCSE which I didn’t yet have. This meant I needed a solid plan that would near enough guarantee that I’d pass the first time I tried.

The reason I chose to study my qualification with ICS Learn was firstly because of the element of home working, online and at my own pace. Secondly, ICS Learn came highly recommended online, with high praise for the tutors and service alike.

However, despite this I still had my reservations about online studying, especially for such an important subject.

I knew online learning would be the convenient choice however I wasn't sure it would 100% work for me. I always knew that there were going to be pros and cons to any method of study however with how the academic environment has been during the last few years, I did ultimately decide that online learning was the best choice for me. 

The live online classes were great, and they really helped me to understand certain subjects, such as algebra. If it was ever lacking in explanation my tutor Kirsten more than made up for any confusion I had. She always responded to questions promptly and really helped me to wrap my head around the more complex subjects.

Thankfully both the service and my own hard work paid off and I was rewarded with a Grade 9 last month. This exceeded way above my original expectations and is far higher than I needed for college so I’m over the moon!

ICS Learn has more than prepared me for the next stage of my education and I’m really pleased I’ve experienced online learning. Now I can put a strange and hard year behind me and go off to college with fantastic grades and a great experience. I’d happily recommend ICS Learn to everyone.
