Natasha took the first step towards starting a brand new HR career by studying a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources.

I am currently a Recruitment Administrator and studying CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources.

I chose to study this course during lockdown as I had the extra time on my hands and HR was a career I had been looking to get into for a while now.

Taking the First Step into HR

I researched the entry requirements needed for this industry and soon discovered the CIPD qualification with ICS Learn.

Studying Online at My Own Pace

I was pleased the course was online as I could do it alongside work at my own pace, this was especially helpful for myself as I am self-motivated.

The online course was even better than expected. There was a lot more resources than I originally thought and it was easy to navigate around.

Support from Tutors and Other Students

The tutor support has been amazing. They are always there to answer any queries you may have and you can even schedule tutor calls if you need further assistant.

The course itself has all the resources you need, the most useful aspect I found was the student forum where you can speak to other students and assist each other with assignments if you are struggling.

Opening Doors in HR

Before completing the course, I am already finding it is opening more doors and I am getting closer to kickstarting my career in the HR sector.

I have learnt a lot more and I am excited to begin my career. I would definitely recommend ICS Learn to anybody looking for a career in the HR sector or looking to further their knowledge in another sector.

I have found it to be an efficient way of learning and a way of enhancing your learning and personal development.
